Service Description

Please fill out form when you arrive with tanning duration. - Maximum time allowed in Tanning bed is 15 minutes - Recommended starting time is 3-4 minutes - Only ONE tanning session is allowed every 24 hours **IN ORDER TO TAN YOU MUST FILL OUT CONSENT FORM & YOU MUST WEAR TANNING GOGGLES IN TANNING BED** Consent form will be sent out by text/email prior to appointment. Tanning is prohibited under the age of 18
